Amanda Payne is an immature Caucasian American little girl with the heroic Payne family tradition of responsibility shown in her debut Constant Payne, But Amanda's adventurous nature keeps her dad in a worry for most. Amanda really wants to be her father's sidekick, so she's most oftenly a hero wannabe of the group. Amanda personally deals with many hoodlums at Welton's service. Welton outwits Dr. Payne by threatening Amanda, his niece, expecting that his brother would lower his guard.
In Martial Arts Kids, she got older, and soon, Amanda decided that she wanted to be a hero on her own, so she went to visit Sensei Kashi so he can make her a member of the Martial Arts Kids. Impressed with her determination and strength, Kashi happily agreed to make her a member. Now Amanda Payne protects the world on her own.
